Police say they are “very concerned” for the safety of a woman who has gone missing from Glasgow.
Kate Sefton has been reported missing from Clarkston and was last seen around 4.30pm on Monday.
The 27-year-old has been described as white, around 5ft 4ins and of slim build with blonde shoulder-length hair.
She is believed to be wearing a light-blue beanie hat, a light-blue jacket and dark-coloured jogging trousers.
Police say Kate could be travelling on trains and may have travelled to Glasgow city centre.
Sergeant Michelle Collins said: “We are very concerned for Kate’s wellbeing and safety.
“We are keen to trace her as soon as possible, and officers are carrying out searches and enquiries to locate her.
“Kate may be using the local rail network and may have travelled to Glasgow City centre, however, she is also known to travel to Renfrewshire. We urge anyone who has seen her or who has any information regarding her whereabouts to please contact us. Contact 101 quoting incident number 2544 of Monday, February 2, 2025.”
