More than £100,000 worth of cannabis has reportedly been seized by police after a car was pulled over in South Lanarkshire.
Officers stopped a grey Toyota Avensis during a routine patrol at the Harelaw Roundabout on the A721, Carstairs, at around 8.05pm on Saturday.
Police Scotland said cannabis with an estimated street value of £108,000 was recovered.
A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear at Lanark Sheriff Court on Monday.
Inspector Steven Conn said: “I’d like to commend the good work of our officers who initially pulled the vehicle over as it was being driven in an erratic manner.
“Thanks to their good instincts and judgement, we’ve now removed a significant quantity of illegal drugs from the streets.”
If you have any concerns about the supply of illegal drugs in your area, call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
