Police would like to speak to the man who may be able to help with their probe into an assault inside a block of flats.

Police have released images of a man they believe could help with an investigation into an assault in Glasgow.

The incident took place on Wednesday, January 31 at around 11.40am within a block of flats on Kestrel Road.

The man in the image is described as being in his 20s, tall, with brown hair.

At the time, he was seen wearing a navy Under Armour waterproof jacket, dark trousers and black trainers with a white trim.

Detective constable Heather Street said: “Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I am appealing for this man or anyone who may recognise him to contact us”.

Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 1776 of 31 January, 31.

Alternatively, people can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.
