Police have urged the man to come forward following the incident at a Rangers v Celtic match in May.

New CCTV images have been released of a man police wish to speak to following an incident at a football stadium in Glasgow.

The incident occurred at a Rangers v Celtic football match at Ibrox in May earlier this year.

Police Scotland have described the man they wish to speak to as white, in his 20s with a medium build and dark hair.

The man was seen topless wearing a blue t-shirt draped over his shoulders.

The police also issued a further appeal for anyone with information regarding the incident to get in touch.

Constable Daniel Brady, from Greater Glasgow Division, said: “We would urge this male or anyone who knows him to please make contact with us. I would also ask anyone who witnessed what happened, or anyone with information relating to the incident, to please speak to officers via 101, quoting reference 0980 of May 13, 2023.

“Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
