A man has been taken to hospital following a ‘disturbance’ in Dalmuir on Saturday morning.
Officers were called to Stewart Street following the incident at around 6.30am.
Anyone with information about the incident has been urged to contact police, with enquiries ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a disturbance on Stewart Street, Dalmuir, around 6.30am on Saturday, September 25.
“Officers arrived at the scene and are currently trying to establish the full circumstances.
“One man has been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. Enquiries are ongoing.
“Anyone with any information about the incident should contact us on 101 quoting incident number 0949 of September 25.”
