Police are searching for two men after a Land Rover was stolen from the Hyndland area of Glasgow on Saturday, December 9.

Police have launched a search for two men after a Land Rover was stolen in Glasgow.

Police were called after a black Land Rover Discovery, with registration plate LD67 DSY, was stolen from the Hughenden Road area of Hyndland at around 4.55pm on Saturday, December 9.

The car was last seen being driven in Hughenden Road towards Hyndland Road.

​Extensive enquiries have been carried out and officers are now searching for two men, of medium height and medium build.

The first man was wearing a dark puffa jacket with the hood up and grey jogging bottoms.

The second man was wearing a dark top with distinctive three white lines down the sleeves with the hood up, dark jeans and dark shoes.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “There were a number of people and cars in the area at the time and we are appealing to anyone who may have seen the men or the incident to contact us.

“Similarly, we would be keen to speak to anyone with dashcam, CCTV or doorbell footage.

“Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2550 of 9 December, 2023. Alternatively, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 and give the information anonymously.”
