An investigation has been launched after a teenager was raped in a Glasgow park.
Officers were called following reports of a serious sexual assault on an 18-year-old woman in Festival Park, Pacific Quay during the early hours of Friday.
The park is situated on Govan Road.
A police spokesperson said: “Police are carrying out enquiries in the Festival Park area, Pacific Quay, Glasgow following a report of a serious sexual assault on an 18-year-old woman on Friday, 19 February, 2021 around 1.30 am.
“Enquiries are at a very early stage and ongoing to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.”
