Police in Glasgow are on high alert after three “separate but linked” sexual assaults were reported in four days.
The attacks were reported in the North View Lane and Westerton Railway Station areas of Westerton between Friday, February 2 and Tuesday, February 6.
Additional officers have been deployed to the area to reassure the public as investigations remain ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Enquiries are ongoing in to reports of three separate but linked sexual assaults in the North View Lane and Westerton Railway Station areas of Westerton, Glasgow, between Friday, February 2, and Tuesday, February 6, 2024.
“Officers are in the area carrying out enquiries, and additional patrols have been deployed to provide public reassurance.”
