Police are investigating after a man was seriously assaulted within a premises on a Glasgow street.
At around 10.20am on Saturday, August 27, police were called after a 60-year-old man was seriously assaulted on Moncur Street.
He was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.
Police are now investigating and have asked anyone who was in the area who may have information to get in contact to assist with enquiries.
Detective Constable Joanna Galea, of Shettleston CID, said: “Our enquiries into the circumstances of the incident are ongoing.
“We are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident or witnessed what happened to get in touch.”
Anyone with information should contact police via 101, quoting incident number 1229 of August 27.”
