Police ‘increasingly concerned’ for welfare of man missing from Paisley Police Scotland

Police are “increasingly concerned” for the welfare of a man missing from Paisley.

John Strathearn, 34, was last seen in the Netherhill Crescent area at around 1pm on Monday, July 25.

He is described as being around 5ft 8in, of medium build, with short brown hair.

When last seen, he was wearing a navy Nike tracksuit with a red and black Rangers top.

Mr Strathearn was also wearing a blue Trespass jacket, blue and white Adidas trainers and was carrying a black holdall.

Sergeant Scott Lamont: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for John’s welfare and would urge anyone who may have seen him, or has any information on his whereabouts, to contact police.

“Local officers are carrying out extensive enquiries to trace him. 

“I would ask that anyone who believes they may have seen John, or who has any other information, contacts us on 101, quoting reference 2976 of Monday, July 25, 2022.”
