Police ‘increasingly concerned’ for man missing for five days from Greenock Police Scotland

Police say they are becoming “increasingly concerned” for a missing man from Greenock.

Stephen McFarlane, 32, was last seen at around 2am on Thursday, July 7, on Larkfield Road.

He is described as being white, around 5ft 10in, of slim build with short, dark hair.

When last seen, Mr McFarlane was wearing a white polo shirt with a grey collar, grey jogging bottoms and black Nike trainers.

Sergeant Gary Arthur, of Greenock Response Policing, said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned about Stephen and are seeking the public’s assistance to help trace him safe and well. 

“I would ask anyone who may have noticed someone matching this description to come forward and speak to police. 

“If you have any information on Stephen’s whereabouts, please get in touch with officers.”
