Police in Glasgow have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with graffiti tags spray painted in various locations across the city.

Officers are looking to find the person responsible for the vandalism and have also appealed for help finding out what the tags mean.

The vandalism has popped up at various locations between Glasgow city centre and Dennistoun in the East End, with officers believing the graffiti to have been painted around 3am on Wednesday, March 6.

The man in the images is described as in his early 20s, wearing a dark jacket and black jeans and was carrying a dark rucksack and wearing a black skip hat.

Police are urging the man in the images or anyone who has information on his identity to contact them.
