A bank in Glasgow has been targeted in an attempted robbery.
Officers were called to the Royal Bank of Scotland on Duke Street, at Parkhead Forge shopping centre, at around 10.50am after the incident was reported.
It is unknown at this stage if anyone was injured during the incident.
Officers have now appeal to the public for anyone with any information to come forward.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 10.50am on Thursday, February 16, 2023, police attended Duke Street, Glasgow after a report of an attempted robbery.
“Police are currently carrying out enquiries regarding the circumstances of this incident.
“If anyone has any information, please call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 1034 of February 16, 2023.”
