Police have confirmed they are no longer investigating claims a teenage girl was the victim of a sex attack in a Glasgow park.
The force initially reported that a teenager was the victim of a sexual offence in the Elder Park area of the city on Sunday, January 3.
The Govan park was sealed off as officers carried out enquiries.
However on Monday, a Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police can confirm that no criminality has been established in respect of the report of a sexual assault within Elder Park on Sunday, January 3.”
