A CCTV image of a man has been released as police attempt to trace him in relation to a serious assault investigation in Largs.
At around 6.50pm on Sunday, May 28, a serious assault took place in the Greenock Road area of the town.
Officers believe that the man in the images may be able to assist in their ongoing investigation.
The man is described as white, having short dark hair, and is around 6ft in height and of medium build.
During the time of the attack he was wearing beige cargo shorts, a black t-shirt, a black gilet and dark Adidas trainers and was accompanied by a white and brown collie breed dog.
Police Scotland is asking for the man pictured or anyone who may recognise him to contact the via 101 quoting incident number 3270 of May 28 2023.
