Police have launched an appeal after a man was robbed of his phone on a street in Clydebank.

Officers were called to North Elgin Street near the junction of Fleming Avenue at around 8.20pm on Sunday, September 29, after a 33-year-old man was robbed.

He was not injured during the incident.

Detective constable Georgia Callander said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this to contact us.

“We also ask anyone who may have private CCTV or dashcam footage of the area at the time to come forward.”
