Police appeal in search for missing man from Balloch Police Scotland

Police have appealed for information in the search for a man missing for two days.

Joe Feeney, 54, who is known to have travelled to Uddingston, was reported missing from Balloch on Wednesday, September 29.

He is believed to have left a house on Clairinish, Balloch, on the morning of Wednesday, September 29.

It is thought he then travelled by train and was seen at a shop in Main Street, Uddingston, at around 1.15pm that day.

He was then observed walking onto Lower Millgate Road, Uddingston.

Police say that he may also have travelled to the Edinburgh area.

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen Joe or knows where he is.

He is described as around 5ft 9in, of slim build, and wearing a dark waterproof coat, a dark T-shirt, a fleece, dark trousers and shoes.

He may be carrying a black rucksack style bag.
