Plans for the UK’s first Radisson Hotel & Serviced Apartments in Glasgow have taken a step forward.
Located at St Enoch, it will be the first serviced apartment offering for the hotel chain in the UK with a target opening date of 2027.
Regent Property Group’s development will replace dilapidated buildings at 90/96 Maxwell Street, the former site of Fury Murry’s nightclub.
It will consist of one-bedroom apartments in the signature Radisson design, including “stylish bedrooms and a spacious luxury studio” alongside a rooftop bar and lounge.
The development will also host a restaurant on the ground floor, alongside a gym and meeting space.

This project supports the ongoing regeneration of St Enoch.
A public consultation is now being undertaken before a final planning application is submitted in the spring.
A drop-in event will be held on the afternoon and evening of February 27 at Granite House Foyer, 31-33 Stockwell Street. The public consultation closes on March 13.
Jay Singh, director of Regent Property Glasgow, said: “We are keen to invest in Glasgow and see the city move forward with alternative thriving hospitality developments, supporting the Council’s ambition to bring greater leisure and residential amenities to the city centre.
“To have such a significant brand as Radisson on board, who also recognise the benefits of the city, is a huge opportunity. Our proposals compliment and offer an exciting development of Glasgow City Council’s St Enoch District Regeneration Framework and will enliven this currently neglected location.”
