A 74-year-old man has been accused of being involved in the supply of cocaine.
John Fleming faced the accusation during a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow on Thursday.
The offence is said to have occurred at two addresses in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, last November 14.
Lawyers for the pensioner pled not guilty on his behalf.
A further hearing will take place in October.
