Police ScotlandA patient has absconded from a secure unit while attending a dental appointment in Ayrshire.
The public has been warned to avoid Owen Bonner, who absconded while on escorted leave on Friday.
He is described as being 5’11” tall, of medium build with short grey receding hair, pale complexion and blue eyes.
When last seen, he was wearing a white Milano jumper, white baggy Milano jogging trousers, white Nike training shoes and a white woolly hat.
He may also have access to a green and white Celtic football top and a red gillet.
The public are advised not to approach this individual and if anyone sees them, or has any information regarding their whereabouts, they should contact Police Scotland quoting incident number 2056 of 13 November 2025 on 101.
