Google MapsSeveral crashes on the M77 caused heavy delays to rush hour traffic for drivers on Tuesday.
Traffic Scotland confirmed multiple road traffic collisions were causing “heavy delays” around 8am on the motorway.
Junctions 7, 3 and 1 all faced restrictions due to the crashes.
Drivers faced delays of over 30 minutes while the incidents were dealt with.
The incidents at junctions 7 and 3 were cleared after 9am, while junction 1 was still restricted for drivers.
The dedicated lane heading to the M8 and M74 remains blocked.
Emergency services are said to be on the scene.
