Police ScotlandAn urgent search is under way for a missing teenage girl last seen four days ago.
Officers are appealing for the public’s help to trace 16-year-old Angel Doherty, who was last seen in the Dunlop area of East Ayrshire at around 11.40pm on Sunday, August 10.
Angel is described as 5ft 5in in height, of medium build, with fair/blonde hair.
When last seen she was wearing a cream cropped jacket, brown leggings, a brown top and Ugg slider style shoes.
Sergeant Stuart Grace said: “As time passes concerns are growing for her welfare and we are appealing for anyone who has seen Angel or who has any information on her whereabouts to contact us.
“I would also appeal to Angel herself to get in touch to let us know she is safe.”
