A 12-year-old boy, reported missing from Alexandria for more than 24 hours has been traced “safe and well”.

A Police Scotland statement read: “Ted Christie, 12, reported missing from Alexandria, has been traced safe and well.

“Thank you to everyone who shared and responded to our appeal.”
