A search has been launched after six lambs were stolen from a field in Lanark.
Between May 1 and May 17, six Ryland lambs, with yellow ear tags, were taken from a field on Lanark Road.
Officers are looking to speak with anyone who may have been offered the sale of sheep recently.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101, quoting reference 2762 of May 18, 2025.
“Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, if you wish to remain anonymous”
