A manhunt has been launched after robbers entered a home in Paisley on Saturday and threatened the occupants.
Two men entered a home on Fairway Avenue in the Glenburn area at around 9.05pm and threatened those inside before making off with an item of property in the direction of Park Road.
No one was injured during the incident.
Detective Sergeant Kenny Taggart said: “Fortunately no one was injured but the occupants were left very distressed by what happened.
“We are asking anyone who saw anything that could help with our investigation who has not already spoken to officers to get in touch.
“We are also asking people to check if they have any private CCTV or dash-cam footage from the area around the time of the incident to make contact with us.”
