A manhunt has been launched after a young woman was sexually assaulted at a Glasgow subway station.
The attack happened just after 10.30pm on Tuesday, August 10.
The victim was on the staircase at the Buchanan Street subway when a man she did not know approached her.
The man made sexually explicit comments before touching her inappropriately.
The suspect is described as a stocky white man in his late 30s or early 40s, around 5ft 9, with dark receding hair.
On the day of the attack, he was wearing a white t-shirt, dark navy jeans and a pair of white trainers, with an orange jumper wrapped around his waist.
British Transport Police officers are appealing for witnesses following the incident. They especially want to speak to anyone who was at the subway station at the time that may have seen what happened or have any information.
