A man is to stand trial charged with raping a 77-year-old woman.
Scott Forrest allegedly carried out the attack at a house in East Kilbride, Lanarkshire, last July 17.
The charge includes claims the 53-year-old seized the OAP by the hand, lead her into the property and detained her there against her will.
It is further alleged Forrest made indecent remarks and threats before the sex attack.
The woman is said to have been left injured.
Forrest denied the charge during a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow on Thursday.
Lady Scott fixed a trial due to begin in August.
