A man is to appear in court after armed police responded to an alleged disturbance in North Lanarkshire.
Armed officers were called to a disturbance within a property on Dundyvan Road in Coatbridge around 5pm on Saturday.
A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Monday, April 7.
There are no reported injuries, police said.
A Police Scotland statement read: “A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a disturbance within a property on Dundyvan Road, Coatbridge.
“Officers attended the address around 5pm on Saturday, April 6, 2025.
“There are no reported injuries.
“The man is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court on Monday, April 7, 2025.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
