Google MapsA man is in hospital after police were alerted to reports of a “person in the water” at a canal in Glasgow.
Officers were called around 7.30pm on Thursday to reports of someone in the water in the Dawson Road area of the city.
A man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary following the incident.
Police said enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 7.30pm on Thursday, November 14 to a report of a person in the water in the Dawson Road area of Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and the man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
