A man has been taken to hospital after his vehicle flipped over a road barrier in Fife.
Emergency services were called to the A92 near Bankhead Roundabout at around 6.45am on Friday morning following a one-vehicle crash.
Images taken of the scene show fire crews standing around a white vehicle, which had come to a standstill on the grass at the side of the road.
A picture snapped later in the morning shows the front of the car destroyed and the windscreen smashed.
The male driver was transported to hospital for treatment after the crash. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
A spokesperson from Police Scotland said: “Police were called around 6.40am on Friday, November 8, 2024, to a one-vehicle road crash on the A92 near the Bankhead Roundabout.
“Emergency services attended and the male driver of the car was taken to hospital. Enquiries are ongoing.”
