A man is to stand trial accused of shooting a woman in an alleged murder bid.
Moses Kashita is charged with attacking Felicia Samuel in a street in Charing Cross, Glasgow, last December 2.
Prosecutors claim the 22-year-old did shoot her on the body with a pistol or converted replica pistol.
The attempted murder charge states this was to her severe injury, permanent disfigurement and to the danger of her life.
Kashita faces two separate firearms charges as well as possession of cannabis.
Allan MacLeod, defending, pled not guilty on his behalf during a short hearing at the High Court in Glasgow on Friday.
Both the advocate and prosecutor Stewart Ronnie agreed a trial could be fixed.
Lady Stacey set a trial due to begin next March in Glasgow. The case could last up to five days.
