STV NewsA man has been seriously injured following a disturbance in Glasgow city centre.
Emergency services were called to Sauchiehall Street at around 3.15am on Wednesday outside a premises.
A 24-year-old man was traced nearby with serious injuries. He was taken to hospital for treatment.
A stretch of pavement near the Garage nightclub was taped off.
Images of the scene show numbered yellow markers leading from the front of a takeaway shop along the paved area.
STV NewsIt is understood that the cordon has been lifted; however, remain at the scene.
No arrests have been and an investigation is ongoing
The tape has been removed and the area reopened.
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
