A man is in hospital after a robbery in Glasgow’s west end on Thursday afternoon.
Police were called to a report of a robbery on Byres Road in the city at around 4.40pm on July 13.
The 27-year-old victim was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment following the incident.
A police cordon was seen to be in place between Byres Road and Lawrence Street with officers in the area following the incident.
Police said that enquiries into the incident were ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Police received a report of the robbery of a 27-year-old man on Byres Road in Glasgow around 4.40pm on Thursday, July 13, 2023.
“The man has been taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
“Enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
