A man has been left in a serious condition, and a suspect has been arrested after a two-car crash in Glasgow on Saturday.
The incident, involving a blue Range Rover and a red Renault Clio, occurred at around 5pm on Paisley Road West at the junction with Portman Street.
A 75-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment, where his condition is described as serious.
A 42-year-old man was arrested in connection and released pending further enquiries.
The road was closed and reopened around 11.30pm. An investigation is ongoing.
Sergeant Jack Swindells said: “Enquiries are ongoing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash to contact us.
“We’d also ask anyone with dash-cam footage that could assist our enquiries to come forward.”
