A man was left injured after a driver got out of his car and hit him over the head in Glasgow.
Officers were called to the scene after the incident on Eglinton Street at around 10.30pm on November 30, 2022.
A driver got out of his car and struck him on the head, before getting back into the car and driving off towards Bridge Street and the city centre.
The injured victim was assisted at the scene by a member of the public and officers are keen to speak to this person.
Police constable Reece Paterson-Hogg said: “Despite extensive enquiries, we have been unable to track down the person responsible for this attack.
“We are appealing for anyone who was in the area or who may have dash-cam footage from Eglinton Street around this time.
“Think back, were you in this area and did you see anything unusual around this time?
”Anyone with information is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting reference 3564 of November 30, 2023.
“Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
