Emergency services were called to the collision around 6.15pm on Monday near Milton.
A 44-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
Police say enquiries are ongoing.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.15pm on Monday, October 13, we received a report of a crash involving three vehicles on the A82 near Milton.
“Emergency services attended, and a 44-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
“No other injuries were reported.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
