A man has been taken to hospital after a single-vehicle crash in rush hour traffic near the M74.
Police were called to the scene at around 7.50am on Wednesday morning, at the Raith Interchange.
One man has been taken to hospital, where his condition remains unknown.
Traffic Scotland reported the closure of the A725’s southbound carriageway as a result, and advised motorists to expect delays.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a crash involving a single vehicle at the Raith Interchange around 7.50am on Wednesday, December 7.
“One man has been taken to hospital for treatment.”
