PA MediaA man has appeared in court charged with murder following the death of another man in Glasgow last month.
David Smith, 49, was pronounced dead after police were called to a property in Glenraith Square on March 17.
On Friday, Kevin Brannan appeared in private at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
The 41-year-old was charged with murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
No plea was entered and he was remanded in custody.
A 38-year-old man was earlier charged in connection with the death of Mr Smith.
