A man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of a body at a flat in Glasgow.
Police and forensic teams were seen outside the property on Aberfoyle Street in the Haghill area of the city following the find at around 3am on Tuesday morning.
Officers confirmed a 44-year-old man had been pronounced dead at the scene but an investigation into the full circumstances surrounding the incident was ongoing.
A 55-year-old man has since been arrested.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of the death of a 44-year-old man on Aberfoyle Street in Glasgow around 3am on Tuesday, December 20.
“The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“A 55-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries are ongoing.”
