A man filmed witnesses going into court and posted it to social media.
Callum Feeney, 22, recorded the two women – aged 42 and 19 – outside Glasgow Sheriff Court on May 18 this year.
Feeney had earlier pointed at the two women while they waited for food near the court.
Feeney pleaded guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
He also admitted breaching a bail condition by contacting them.
The court heard that during the early stages of Feeney’s trial, he had a group of supporters with him.
At lunch time, the two women went to a nearby chip shop and waited outside.
Feeney and a group were spotted across the road from them.
One of the group was heard to shout: “Look at the two of them at the chippy.”
Prosecutor Lauren Aitchison added: “Feeney and the group were pointing at them and walked towards them.”
Feeney initially walked ahead until he noticed the rest of his group was not behind him.
The two women collected their food and later went back to the court building.
They then noticed Feeney and the group.
Ms Aitchison said: “Feeney appeared to be recording them on his mobile phone as they entered the court building.
“The witnesses told the security staff and police officer.”
It was discovered that a Facebook account posted the witnesses with the caption “Halfway grasses on screen.”
Police arrested Feeney, who stated: “It’s b******t right.”
Neal McShane, defending, told the court that the trial, which was deserted due to a legal matter, will be re-raised.
The sentence was deferred pending background reports until next month by Sheriff Louise Arrol, KC.
Feeney remains in custody meantime.
