Police are investigating after a man exposed himself during Spider-Man filming in Glasgow city centre.
Production for the Marvel blockbuster film has transformed Glasgow into New York City with prop construction sites, New York Police Department vehicles, and classic yellow taxis spotted.
Tom Holland, who plays the web-slinging hero, appeared during the production and stopped to interact with waiting fans.
Thousands of spectators have descended on the city in hopes of catching a glimpse of the action.
Police confirmed enquiries are ongoing after a man exposed himself in the Bothwell Street area – which is currently closed to traffic for the filming – on the afternoon of August 5.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers are investigating reports of a man exposing himself in the Bothwell Street area of Glasgow on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
Glasgow City Council previously confirmed multiple roads will be impacted when production for an undisclosed film gets under way.
Filming kicked off on July 31 and was initially due to finish on August 15.
However, STV News understands that filming will move towards the eastern part of the city centre and conclude on August 26.
