Google MapsPolice have launched an investigation into the “unexplained” death of a man following a fire in Renfrewshire.
Emergency services were alerted to the blaze in Paisley’s Whites Bridge Avenue at around 10.05pm on Thursday.
A 47-year-old man was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital, where he later died.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
