A man has been charged with the murder of 22-year-old Adam Anderson in Greenock.
Jordan Cunningham, 27, was also charged with attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
Anderson was found injured in a car park off the town’s Ann Street at about 3.50pm on Sunday, January 2. He was taken to Inverclyde Royal Hospital but was pronounced dead a short time later.
Cunningham made no plea when he appeared at Greenock Sheriff Court on Monday.
He was remanded in custody and is due to return to court within the next eight days.
The case was committed for further examination.
