STV NewsA man has appeared in court in connection with the death of Martin Weldon at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
Blake Dolan appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday charged with culpable homicide.
The 31-year-old from Glasgow made no plea and has been granted bail.
The date of his next court appearance is yet to be confirmed.
Martin Weldon was admitted to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment after suffering a diabetic hypo.
The 35-year-old died unexpectedly on August 13, 2022.
