A man has been charged over alleged culpable and reckless behaviour at a Celtic vs Rangers game last month.
The 37-year-old was arrested following a CCTV appeal into the incident that took place during the Premiership match on Sunday, September 1.
The Old Firm derby was held at Celtic Park with only home fans present inside the stadium.
Police issued an appeal last week as they looked to trace a man they believed could help with their investigations.
On Friday, the force confirmed that an arrest had been made in connection with the appeal.
A statement from Police Scotland said: “Following our CCTV appeal into an incident at Celtic and Rangers football match, a man has been arrested and charged.
“A 37-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with culpable and reckless behaviour at the match on Sunday, September 1.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
