Google MapsA man has been charged in connection with the alleged rape of a girl in the bushes at a Glasgow park.
The 16-year-old was reportedly seriously sexually assaulted in Springburn Park between 8.30pm and 9.10pm on June 26.
The teenager was walking near the Moongate on the northeast side of the park when a man allegedly approached and pushed her into nearby bushes.
Officers have charged a 36-year-old man in connection.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
