A man has been charged after being spotted “speeding” in Glasgow on a modified electric bike.
The rider was spotted travelling at more than 30mph on the e-bike on Springfield Road on Saturday evening.
Upon stopping the rider, police discovered the electric bike had been modified, meaning the rider was required to hold a licence and insurance.
He was also riding the e-bike without a helmet.
The 39-year-old was charged and the e-bike was seized by officers.
