Man charged after 'disturbance' at flat which left two in hospital

Two men were taken to hospital and another has been charged following a “disturbance” in Glasgow’s south side on Saturday evening.

Police were called to a property in the Bolton Drive area of Mount Florida in the city shortly after 5.30pm on September 2.

Two men were found injured within a property and taken to hospital for treatment.

Both were later released, police said.

A 23-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.35pm on Saturday, September 2, 2023, we were made aware of a disturbance in the Bolton Drive area of Mount Florida.

“Officers attended and two males were found injured within a property. They were taken to hospital for treatment and later released.

“A 23-year-old man was charged in connection with the incident.”
