A man has been detained at a railway station in East Renfrewshire on suspicion of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Officers were called to Neilston station at around 11am on Wednesday after receiving reports that a man was causing antisocial behaviour on a train.
The British Transport Police (BTP) arrested the man and took him into police custody.
A spokesperson for the BTP said: “We were called at 11.02am to Neilston station, to reports that a man was causing antisocial behaviour on a train which was stopped at the station.
“Officers attended and a man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
“He’s currently in police custody.”
