A man has been arrested in connection with the “suspicious death” of a pensioner in Glasgow.
Esther Brown was found dead in a tenement flat in West Princes Street in the Woodlands area of the city at around 4pm on Tuesday.
The 67-year-old had not been seen since around 5.30pm last Friday.
Police say a 30-year-old man has now been arrested over the death.
On Friday, a spokesperson for the force said: “A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of Esther Brown, 67, whose body was discovered within an address on West Princes Street, Glasgow, on Tuesday, June 1.”
